Sushi Restaurant in Shimbashi

Sushi Kagura

If you want to savor sushi in Shinbashi, come to Sushi Kagura.
Located a short distance from Shimbashi Station on the left side of a quiet alley, this sushi restaurant is somewhat of a hideaway, marked by a gently lit noren curtain.
Inside, a nine-seat white wood counter stands as the main focal point, with dimmed lighting and soothing music playing for your comfort.
We place emphasis on interacting with our customers and making the experience " more enjoyable than delicious". Please come and enjoy a good chat over sushi with us.

Making the most of the ingredients of the day
We strive to make sushi that highlights the quality and specialty of each and every ingredient.
The restaurant offers just one course menu of seasonal seafood dishes.
The process begins with carefully assessing each ingredient and considering how best to prepare and serve them.
Especially our tuna is purchased from our trusted distributor Ishiji, and only domestic wild caught tuna from Oma, Shiogama, Nachikatsuura and other areas in Japan is used.
We also offer "Hideyoshi" sake from Akita prefecture, which is said to be difficult to obtain in Tokyo.
